DOME Laundry Service is a company that is formed by people who understand the need for a mutual relationship based on trust and respect. This policy describes the information that we collect about you and how it is used.

Summary

This policy applies to anyone who uses DOME Laundry Services anywhere. This includes the users of our app, website, as well as features. Specific groups covered by this policy are: Laundry customers Driver partners Participating laundromat partners This policy also applies to those who apply to use our services or whose information is provided to us by current, prior or future customers and partners. All those subject to this policy are referred to as “users” for the purpose of this policy. The policy will remain in full effect unless a superseding local, state or federal law creates an exemption.

The information we may collect

Information that you provide us

Registration information

We collect information when you create or update an account. This may include your name, email, phone number, login name and password, address, payment or banking information (including related payment verification information), government identification information, birth date, photo and signature. This also includes vehicle or insurance information of drivers. This also includes the preferences and settings that you enable for your account.

Background check information

We may collect background check information if you sign up to use DOME Laundry services as a driver. This may include information such as your driver history or criminal record (where permitted by law). This information may also be collected by a vendor on behalf of DOME Laundry services.

Payment method

When you add a credit card or payment method to your Lyft account, a third party that handles payments for us will receive your card information. To keep your financial data secure, we do not store full credit card information on our servers.

Communications

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, when you contact our Customer Support Team, we will receive your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. Also, when you provide ratings or compliments for other users, or otherwise contact DOME Laundry Services.

Payment information

To make sure all parties get paid, we keep information about bank routing numbers, tax information, and any other payment information provided by or about the drivers and laundromats.

Information we collect when you use our services

Location information

DOME Laundry Service connects users to laundry services. To do this, we need to know where you are. When you open DOME Laundry app on your mobile device, we receive your location. We may also collect the precise location of your device when the app is running in the foreground or background. If you label certain locations, such as “home” and “work,” we receive that information, too.

Your location information is necessary for things like matching Users with nearby Drivers and Laundromats, determining drop off and pick up locations, and suggesting destinations based on previous trips. Also, if the need ever arises, our security team may use and share location information to help protect the safety of DOME Laundry Service users, drivers, laundromat (including its employees) or a member of the public. In addition to the reasons described above, Drivers’ location information and distance travelled is necessary for calculating insurance. If you give us permission through your device settings or DOME Laundry Service app, we may collect your location while the app is off to identify promotions or service updates in your area.

Device information

DOME Laundry Service receives information from Users’ devices, including IP address, web browser type, mobile operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, push notification tokens. We collect mobile sensor data from Drivers’ devices (such as speed, direction, height, acceleration or deceleration) to improve location accuracy and analyze usage patterns.

Usage information

To help us understand how you use the Our Services and to help us improve it, we automatically receive information about your interactions with the DOME Laundry Platform, like the pages or other content you view, your actions within the Lyft app, app features or pages viewed, app crashes, other system activity and the dates and times of your visits.

Call and Text information

We work with third-party vendors to facilitate phone calls and text messages between Users (customers and laundromats – including their employees) and Drivers while using or waiting to use our services. We receive information about these communications including the date and time of the call or SMS message, the parties’ phone numbers, and the content of any SMS messages. For security purposes, we may also monitor and/or record the contents of phone calls made on the DOME Laundry Platform, such as those between Riders, Laundromats and Drivers. You will be given notice that your call may be recorded, and by proceeding you agree to allow DOME Laundry Services to monitor and/or record your call.

User feedback

To make sure that the service is up to par with our promise to all the Users, we depend on the feedback of all users to police the conduct and demeanor of other users. We receive information about ratings and reviews and give Users information about Drivers’ ratings and reviews and vice versa.

Information from cookies and similar technologies

We collect information through the use of “cookies”, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to understand how you navigate through the Our Platform and interact with DOME Laundry Services’ advertisements, to learn what content is popular, and to save your preferences. Cookies are small text files that web servers place on your device; they are designed to store basic information and to help websites and apps recognize your browser. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be accessed every time you use the Lyft Platform. You should consult your web browser(s) to modify your cookie settings. Please note that if you delete or choose not to accept cookies from us, you may be missing out on certain features of the Lyft Platform.

Transaction information

We collect transaction details related to your use of our services, including the type of services you requested or provided, your order details, delivery information, date and time the service was provided, amount charged, distance travelled and payment method. Additionally, if someone uses your promotion code, we may associate your name with that person.

• Users requesting services for or on your behalf.

How we may use the information we collect

• Connect the customers, drivers and laundromats for a smooth experience.

• Provide, improve, expand, and promote the DOME Laundry Services

• Analyze how the users of our platform uses the technologies

• Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for marketing and promotional purposes

• Personalize your experience using our services

• Send you text messages and push notifications

• Facilitate transactions and payments

• Provide you with customer support

• Find and prevent fraud

• Respond to trust and safety issues that may arise, including auto incidents, disputes between users including customers, laundromats and Drivers, and requests from government authorities

• Screening drivers prior to enabling their use of our services and at subsequent intervals, including through reviews of background checks where permitted by law, to prevent use of our services by unsafe drivers.

• Perform internal operations necessary to provide our services, including to troubleshoot software bugs and operational problems, to conduct data analysis, testing, and research, and to monitor and analyze usage and activity trends

• We may use the information we collect for testing, research, analysis and product development. This allows us to improve and enhance the safety and security of our services, develop new features and products, and facilitate insurance and finance solutions in connection with our services.

How we may share the information we collect

Sharing between users

Customers and Drivers that have been matched are able to see basic information about each other, such as names, photo, ratings, and any information they have added to their Profiles. Drivers see the pick-up location that the Customer has provided. Customers see a Driver’s vehicle information and real-time location as the Driver approaches the pick-up location. Customers’ ratings of Drivers might be shared with Drivers. We will de-identify the ratings and feedback, but we can’t rule out that a driver may be able to identify the Customer that provided the rating or feedback.

Although we help Riders and Drivers communicate with one another to arrange a pickup, we do not share your actual phone number or other contact information with other Users. If you report a lost or found item to us, we will seek to connect you with the relevant Laundromat or Driver, including sharing actual contact information with your permission.

Sharing with the general public

We love hearing from our users -- including through public forums such as online blogs, social media, and certain features on our network. When you communicate with us through those channels, your communications may be viewable by the public.

Sharing with a third party/ Service providers and business partners

DOME Laundry Service may provide information to its vendors, consultants, marketing partners, research firms, and other service providers or business partners. This may include, for example:

• Payment processors and facilitators.


• Background check providers (drivers only).


• Cloud storage providers.


• Marketing partners and marketing platform providers.


• Data analytics providers.


• Research partners, including those performing surveys or research projects in partnership with DOME Laundry Service or on DOME Laundry Services’ behalf.


• Vendors that assist DOME Laundry Service to enhance the safety and security of its apps.


• Consultants, lawyers, accountants and other professional service providers.


• Insurance partners.

For legal reasons or in the event of a dispute

DOME Laundry Service may share your information if we believe it is required by applicable law, regulation, operating agreement, legal process or governmental request, or where the disclosure is otherwise appropriate due to safety or similar concerns. This includes sharing your information with law enforcement officials, government authorities, or other third parties as necessary to enforce our Terms of Service, user agreements, or other policies, to protect DOME Laundry Service’s rights or property or the rights, safety or property of others, or in the event of a claim or dispute relating to your use of our services. If you use another person’s credit card, we may be required by law to share information with that credit card holder. This also includes sharing your information with others in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by or into another company.

Privacy options and choices

Email Subscriptions. You can always unsubscribe from our commercial or promotional emails but we will still send you transactional and relational emails about your account use of the DOME Laundry service Platform.
Text Messages. You can opt out of receiving commercial or promotional text messages. You may also opt out of receiving all texts from Lyft (including transactional or relational messages) however, opting out of receiving all texts may impact your use of the DOME Laundry Platform.
Push Notifications. You can opt out of receiving push notifications through your device settings. Please note that opting out of receiving push notifications may impact your use of the DOME Laundry Service Platform (such as receiving a notification that the driver has arrived).
Location Information. While you can prevent your device from sharing location information at any time through your Device’s operating system settings, Rider and Driver location is core to the Lyft Platform and without it we can’t provide our services to you.
Editing and Accessing Your Information. You can review and edit certain account information by logging in to your account settings and profile (Drivers may edit additional information through the Driver portal).

Other

Data Security. We are committed to protecting the data of the users of DOME Laundry Services. Even though we take reasonable precautions to protect these data, no security measures can be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of these data.
Children’s Privacy. DOME Laundry Service is not directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we find out that a child under 18 has given us personal information, we will take steps to delete that information. If you believe that a child under the age of 18 has given us personal information, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy. We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will let you know through the DOME Laundry Service Platform, by email, or other communication. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy periodically to stay up-to-date about our privacy practices. As long as you use the DOME Laundry Service Platform, you are agreeing to this Privacy Policy and any updates we make to it.
