How It Works
Step 1: Open the app and press the button to request service.
Step 2: A vetted driver is dispatched to your address. You'll receive their name, vehicle details, and license plate. If the person doesn’t match the app description, do not hand over your laundry—lock your door and call the police.
Step 3: The driver will count comforters and weigh your laundry. Free bags are provided if needed. You’ll receive a message with the total charge before pickup.
Step 4: Once you approve the charges, the driver hauls away your laundry.
Step 5: After service, you can rate your driver. Your feedback helps us maintain top-quality service.
Cancellation Policy: You have 5 minutes to cancel after requesting service. After that, a $5 cancellation fee applies.
Delivery: We aim to return your laundry within your selected timeframe. You’ll be notified when the driver is en route. If you’re unavailable, a $5 fee applies per failed attempt.
Final Step: Upon delivery, confirm your items and rate your driver again.
