For the safety of the drivers, we highly discourage the drivers from going inside the customers’ houses. The driver still has the discretion to extend the courtesy if they deem it safe
We respect our contracted drivers and want to make sure that every penny that is given as tip goes to them. We are working on a system that will ensure that this happens all the time. Feel free to tip your driver in cash if you so wish.
We try to have all laundry returned within a 24-hour window but in some cases, we have to deal with the reality that things don’t always go as planned.
Open the menu at the top right corner, select the “Account” option to open a drop-down menu. From the options, select “payment”. Click on the change button and enter your card info
After the initial scheduled delivery, we will try to contact you by phone, text and email. If there is no response from you in 30 days, we will at our discretion dispose or donate the clothes to charity. Whichever is easier for us.
The police will be sent to the address of service to investigate and your laundry will be held while the investigation is on going. This could take weeks.
We just want to make sure that there are multiple ways to get in touch with you in case you don't answer your phone. This could potentially save you $5 per each failed delivery
The laundry will be returned to the warehouse and we will call you and schedule another drop off. Every drop off after the original one will cost you just $5.

Before the driver can haul away your laundry, you will be required to pay for the service based on how many pounds of laundry and number
of comforters you need cleaned.
The location-based address will take the address of your current location which might NOT always be your home address. In order to make
sure that you get the drivers to the right address, we require that you enter your address manually. Also in the event you want service delivered to an address different from yours, you won't be stuck with the GPS location of your phone.
The cost of operation is different in
