Each load of laundry is handled by multiple people, who are paid for their efforts towards the cleaning of you laundry. Unfortunately their is no reasonable way to give you a refund after they have all been paid. If the clothes are not clean, we will at our cost, clean the load again.
The cost for cleaning comforters is calculated per each comforter while the bulk laundry is calculated by the pound.
We respect our contracted drivers and want to make sure that every penny that is given as tip goes to them. We are working on a system that will ensure that this happens all the time. Feel free to tip your driver in cash if you so wish.
We try to have all laundry returned within a 24-hour window or even sooner, but in some cases, we have to deal with the reality that things don’t always go as planned.
Open the menu at the top left corner, select the “Account” option to open a drop-down menu. From the options, select “payment”. Click on the change button and enter your card info
After the initial scheduled delivery, we will try to contact you by phone, text and email to attempt a redelivery. If there is no response from you in 30 days, we will at our discretion dispose or donate the clothes to charity. Whichever is easier for us. There will be no refund or compensation for any abandoned laundry.
The a complaint will be filed with the local authorities, giving them the address of service to investigate and your laundry will be held while the investigation is on going. This could take weeks. The laundry will only be returned after proper restitution.
The laundry will be returned to the warehouse and we will call you and schedule another drop off. Every drop off after the original one will cost you just $5.

Before the driver can haul away your laundry, you will be required to pay for the service based on how many pounds of laundry and number
of comforters you need cleaned.
We deliver to a physical address and not the general location of the device you use to call for service. Meaning that you can call for service from your office, and the pick up will be made at your home not the office address.
The cost of operation is different in different markets. When you download the app and open the menu and under “support” click on the
“pricing” tab. You will see the cost of either a pound of laundry or a comforter.
